Jamie is a Marriage and Family Intern Therapist who is pursuing her graduate education at Manhattan College. She has over one year of experience counseling couples, families and individuals, and she is excited to continue her growth as a therapist.

As part of her graduate education, Jamie has completed extensive training in Internal Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and has completed Level 1 training in Gottman Couples Therapy. She draws from her education, training and personal experiences with mental health challenges to create a unique and supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

Jamie believes in using a holistic approach to therapy, drawing from various resources and methods depending on the specific needs of each client. Her compassionate and easily adaptable nature allows her to create meaningful connections with others and develop trusting bonds with her clients.
